The property is located next to the E4 in the Östra Fyrislund area of Uppsala. It consists of two newly constructed buildings totaling 2,000 square meters, along with 5,000 square meters of storage and yard space. The current tenant is Ramirent.

The buildings were constructed in accordance with, and are being certified under, BREEAM-SE. The facility was completed in October 2024.

Högbergsgatan 44, Stockholm

The property Nederland Mindre 7 is located in the heart of Södermalm in Stockholm and offers attractive office spaces across four floors with its own inner courtyard. The building was originally constructed as a private palace in 1852 and was later rebuilt in 1903 by the wholesaler Josef Carlsson as both a residence and office. He commissioned the renowned master builder A. G. Sällström — known, among other things, for his work on the Royal Opera House and for providing the architectural drawings. The building was then given high-quality exterior and interior ornamentation.

Hammarby Slussväg 11, Stockholm

The property is located by Eriksdalsbadet on Södermalm in Stockholm. Here, the tenant has access to modern office spaces with private parking and a large private outdoor area facing the water, including a greenhouse. The building has been carefully restored both inside and out, with consideration given to its cultural and architectural heritage.

The house was built in the mid-1800s and is known as 'Ryska Smällen' ('the Russian Blast') after the area was mistakenly bombed by Russia in 1944, when a 100-kg bomb created a crater measuring 3 meters deep and 6 meters wide.
